Growth-Focused, Founder-Led Organisation

Challenge: To drive sustainable growth, the founders needed to step back from daily operations and empower the next tier of leadership to handle strategic responsibilities.


Solution: We created a nine-month co-leadership coaching program, focusing on equipping emerging leaders with essential skills to “step up” and supporting founders in adopting a more strategic approach. Through stakeholder interviews and structured coaching, we addressed both immediate challenges and long-term leadership growth.


Results: The organisation gained resilience, with improved alignment and transparent communication fostering trust and avoiding conflicts. New leaders emerged organically, establishing a more robust structure and enabling the organisation to scale sustainably.
